Did you ever have a job that you thought you loved? I must have had the perfect job! Not. I was a one woman office and it was great. I worked a salary wage and of course I had to commute back and forth to work, leaving my grandchildren that I’m raising in one town while working in another. I also thought I had the perfect title.. “Assistant Area Supervisor”. It sounded so impressive to me. Well I thought about that title and got to thinking. So in Reality I was a nobody with a going nowhere job.
And my boss, well he was impressive also. My boss would go out of his way to take his anger out on me. Now there is no one to yell and curse at me. Even go as far as to slam his fist on my desk and proceed to tell me that I need to get whatever he was about fixed or done.
I finally stood up to him one day. That’s when I realized my job was soon coming to an end. Four months later I was fired. I got layed off from that job after 7 years of hard work. Seems I was trapped in the JOB, and all alone.
