The most important step is creating an article outline for every article you write. This forces you to focus on the logical sequence of the facts and makes the writing faster and smoothly flowing.

An outline is like your blueprint for the article. It guides you in creating the introduction, body and conclusion of your article. Write down some of the ideas and sentences that you feel will work in your article. Determine the focal point that will make your article interesting and appealing to your reader.

A carefully planned and fully prepared article outline will assure a fast, hassle-free article. Here are some tips and guidelines  to create an outline for all of your articles.

Brainstorm For Ideas

Do a couple of brainstorming and jot down your brilliant ideas first. Think of some ways to attract the interest of your reader. Designate a time frame where you can write down all the ideas that you can use for your articles. By this time you should have done all your research and information searching. Review and reread your ideas and notes, gain mastery and sufficient familiarity with your topic so that writing them down later own would be easy for you.

Develope Catchy Titles and Sub-Titles

The next step is to discover your sub topics and sub titles. Titles and sub-titles that are attention-grabbing are more important than your first sentence.

On to the Body

Pick 2-3 key points and write no more that 2-3 short paragraghs covering them. This will form the body of your article. While the introduction will usher in the ideas of your paragraph, you will need a conclusion. Refer to your article outline.

Conclusion

The conclusion will wrap up your points and summarize what you said in your article.
